TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through fayettenorling.com and form the agreement between you and FAYETTE /NORLING regarding the purchase and delivery of made-to-order garments.

FAYETTE /NORLING is a made-to-order brand based in Stockholm, Sweden. All pieces are produced in limited quantities to avoid overproduction, following a no-waste philosophy using cruelty-free fabrics. Each garment is made specifically for its owner and made to last.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time of purchase. The most current version is always available on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the current Terms & Conditions.

PRICES

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT, but exclude customs fees and any additional taxes. Each price is calculated as fairly as possible, with transparent details provided on every product page.

PAYMENT

We accept payments through PayPal, Klarna, and credit cards.

We recommend you to read the current terms and conditions for each of the payment providers and how each of them handles your personal data and your purchase.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. FAYETTE /NORLING CREATES EACH PIECE INDIVIDUALLY, AND WE DO NOT HOLD STOCK. ESTIMATED PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS).

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

If a package is not collected, you will be charged a fee to cover actual costs for return and handling.

FORCE MAJEURE

FAYETTE /NORLING is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or shipping interruptions

SHIPPING

Currently, all orders from fayettenorling.com are fulfilled on a local, one-time delivery basis. Shipping costs, delivery times, and methods will be communicated directly to each customer at the time of purchase.

IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY WITH PHOTOS AND ORDER DETAILS SO WE CAN ASSESS THE ISSUE.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As all FAYETTE /NORLING pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review measurements, materials, and product details carefully before placing your order.

We are a small workshop in Sweden, and each piece is handcrafted in-house. When you place an order, your garment is made specifically for you, using a limited fabric supply, and many hours are dedicated to creating your unique piece. Because of this, returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted.

‘NEVER-DIE-POLICY’

FAYETTE /NORLING’S ‘NEVER-DIE-POLICY’ IS A FOUNDATIONAL PRINCIPLE WE AIM TO UPHOLD IN EVERYTHING WE DO TO ELIMINATE WASTE, AND MAKE OUR GARMENTS LAST.

WHAT THE ‘NEVER-DIE-POLICY’ MEANS TO YOU:

IF YOUR ORDERED GARMENT BECOMES DAMAGED /BROKEN /WORN OUT, FAYETTE /NORLING WILL TAKE MEASURES TO REPAIR /RESTORE THE DAMAGE.

DEPENDING ON THE TIME SINCE PURCHASE AND THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE, FAYETTE /NORLING WILL EVALUATE IF THERE ARE ANY COST IMPLICATIONS FOR THE UNDERTAKEN MEASURES.

FAYETTE /NORLING WILL TAKE THE BEST POSSIBLE ACTION TO RESTORE YOUR GARMENT. DEPENDING ON THE DAMAGE, WE WILL RESTORE YOUR GARMENT FULLY OR AS CLOSE TO THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS POSSIBLE.

EXTENSIVE DAMAGE MAY LEAVE VISIBLE REPAIRS, HIGHLIGHTING THE GARMENT’S STORY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP. REPAIRS WILL ONLY START ONCE THE SUGGESTED RESTORATION HAS BEEN APPROVED.

FAYETTE /NORLING WILL NOT REPAIR DAMAGES THAT WE CONSIDER INTENTIONALLY CAUSED.

TO UTILIZE THE ‘NEVER-DIE-POLICY’:

SEND AN EMAIL TO INFO@FAYETTENORLING.COM, WHERE YOU DESCRIBE AND PROVIDE A CLEAR PHOTO OF THE DAMAGE. PLEASE ATTACH YOUR ‘ORDER FORM’.
WE EVALUATE THE DAMAGE AND MAKE A SUGGESTION OF REPAIR. PLEASE NOTE THAT REPAIRS MAY INCUR COSTS OR HAVE LIMITATIONS UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
IF YOU APPROVE OUR SUGGESTION - PLEASE SEND YOUR GARMENT TO OUR GIVEN ADDRESS PROVIDED BY US.
REPAIRS WILL START AFTER WE HAVE RECIEVED YOUR GARMENT. WE AIM TO REPAIR /RESTORE AND SEND BACK YOUR PIECE WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE GARMENT IS RECEIVED. DEPENDING ON REPAIR COMPLEXITY, TIMING MAY VARY.

WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SUPPORT YOUR FAYETTE /NORLING GARMENT TO LIVE A LONG LIFE.

GOVERNING LAW

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SWEDEN. ANY DISPUTES WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF SWEDISH COURTS.

We process personal data in connection with your purchases and use of this website.
